RETREATS
YOGA RETREATS
I have been hosting retreats in and around Europe for the past decade. My passion for discovering beautiful, unique and inspiring locations is to bring a sense of joy and wonder to all of my students. My mission is to heighten every sense, feed the soul, and stimulate the body, so my students return to life glowing inside and out.
Yoga is a holistic path, which extends beyond the study of asana and meditation. It is an expression of life in all of its beauty. My retreats include many different activities, from surfing, hiking, SUP, cooking, even poetry and dance. We are all on an adventure together, and it is wonderful to see where that adventure will take us.
Many of my students are busy mothers, who spend every waking moment giving of themselves to others. One of my greatest pleasures and blessings is to take my students and gently hold them in deep self care and love, whether for a decadent week or a luxurious day, it is they who can feel loved and cared for. They return to their families, energised, invigorated and fully rejuvenated, happy to take on the mantle of ‘mum’ once more.

Where
This stretch of coastline is known as the Cornish Riviera & is one of Cornwall’s best kept secrets. The venue, Tremeer Farm is tucked into an unspoilt valley, just a mile away from the beaches and the coves of the Polperro Heritage coast.
The beaches and the wild swimming will literally take your breath away.
A simple beautiful place where you can lay your head in a chic yurt or stretch out in the space of the splendid long barn with a hot tub to add that extra note of luxury.
This is the perfect location to truly unwind & relax.

This particular area of Cornwall is magical and inspiring, the coastal scenery is the stuff of postcards.
It has one of the richest histories of Cornish fishing (and smuggling!) Polperro was particularly known for the high quality of fisherman’s jumpers, known as ‘knitfrocks’, and many women in Polperro had a sideline business of contract knitting during Victorian times.
Just one mile from beautiful coves and hidden beaches it is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, and hiking.
Facilities
There are four yurts that are spaced well apart, a long barn and a play barn.
The Yurts share the Granary’s toilets and showers. The Long Barn is tastefully decorated and has the Double room with ensuite and the twin and bunk rooms share a shower room.
There is plenty of indoor & outdoor space to chill and read a book.
To add to the charm a circus of sheep and chickens roam the grounds.
Our day will start with a meditation practice & will lead onto a morning yoga practice. Then a delicious brunch will be served. The afternoon is then yours to explore the coastline, have a hot tub or go swimming, walking will be a daily activity for those who fancy it. Then return for an evening restorative class and a sublime supper.
On the Saturday we will have SUP (Stand up paddle-boarding) lesson where you will learn to safely stand up on your board and enjoy being on the water looking at this magnificent coastline.
After the evening practice we will eat, drink & be merry if you wish!
Please note you can do all or nothing, remember this is your break.

Nourish
I am so excited to have the amazing Chef Gabriele Luppi on this retreat, let’s hope it’s the first of many!
Gabriele is a Plant Based Nutritional Chef, born and raised in Italy and now based in the beautiful green valleys of Somerset.
His love and passion for food came from a very young age during his upbringing in Italy. His focus has always been to heal through nourishment, and to guide people to look at how they feel according to what they eat, helping to bring awareness to the emotional component connected with food and nourishment.
With over 10 years of experience in Ayurvedic and Macrobiotic cuisine, Gabriele has a deep understanding of the elements that certain types of foods carry and how the different ways of cooking them can change the energetic component of each one. Allowing him to truly connect with the effect this has on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
Gabriele will take you on a self healing journey through food to find an inner balance and harmony with life. “For me working with produce from the land has a key element of sustaining ourselves as well as becoming part of the environment that surrounds us.”
