Mindful Vinyasa Flow & Gentle Evening Flow

Each class is individually created to help boost our overall well being and immunity. Combining mindful based movement, anatomy and physiology with the breath.

By focusing on how the bones, the fascia, ligamental structures and the musculature, form the suspensory system of the body, we help to bring space & lightness into the tissues. Ultimately our body only ever wants to heal itself.

Our wisdom body is the greatest of all healers.

 

SUP Yoga Sessions

SUP Yoga is a deep mindful practice and if you haven’t tried this then I highly recommend you do! You have no choice but to be present and in the moment otherwise the inevitable happens!!

Whether you’re an experienced yoga practitioner or a complete beginner, SUP Yoga gives you the opportunity to drop into the beginners mindset, develop core strength, reduce stress, learn a new skill & allows you to connect to nature.

Restorative/Somatic

The aim of this class is to help nurture the Nervous System, to aid and encourage it to find balance between the fight/flight response and the rest & digest response. Our society operates in the Sympathetic Nervous System, the flight and fight response. This practice will help remove fatigue, stress & trauma out of the body and the organs. An essential practice for modern day living.

This class will heighten your somatic intelligence and awareness, gifting ourselves with an opportunity to sink and drop into the bones and to feel what is truly going on inside.
